Jessica Medina
Denturist
Jessica has been working at Columbia Basin Denture since 2014. She recently went back to school and received her denturist licensing credentials in 2023. “Working alongside Josh has been a pleasure and I’m excited for all the new smiles I get to create. On my free time I love to watch my son play soccer, spend quality time with family, read a good book, travel, and go on hikes.”
Mr. Joshua Brooks
Denturist
Josh grew up not too far away in Prosser, then settled in Tri-Cities after getting married in 2001. He started his career as a denture lab technician for 5 years. He then chose to go back to school to receive his denturist licensing credentials in 2004. He opened Columbia Basin Denture Care in 2004 and is currently working with the top dentists in the area. He is in good standing with memberships in the Washington Denturist Association, a member of the National Denturist Association and International Federation of Denturists, and was on the advisory council for Bates Technical College. He enjoys cycling, skiing, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Christy, and hockey goalie son, Landen.
Ms. Mayra Cosina
Patient Coordinator
Mayra has been working at Columbia Basin Denture Care since 2007 as a patient coordinator. My time here has been an outstanding learning experience and I have greatly enjoyed working with such an amazing staff. During my spare time I enjoy doing outdoor activities, exercising and reading.
Ms. Mindi Harmelle
Lead Dental Lab Technician
Mindi has been with CBDC since 2011. She is our lead lab technician responsible for case management, relines, repairs and monitoring the 3D printing and milling center. Mindi has lived in the Tri-Cities for most of her life. When she is not busy in the lab, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her interests include kayaking, hiking, camping and sports with her kids just to name a few.
Mrs. Veronica Ventura
Assistant
Veronica graduated from Charter College Assisting Program in 2014 and has been with Columbia Basin Denture Care since 2019. I love helping patients through the process of getting them their new smile. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. I have three kids and best of all I am a soccer mom.
Jeannette Mendez
Special Projects Coordinator
Jeannette has been with CBDC since 2015 and is currently the Special Projects Coordinator. She does a little bit of everything from billing, credentialing, planning conferences and organizing fun events for the staff. She was born in California and moved to the area when she was 1. “On my free time I love to go on hikes, spend time with my family, try new restaurants and watch football. Go Patriots!”
Mr. James Shroyer
Awesome Genius of Digital Denture Design
James has been Digital Dental Technician since 2005. Starting with Digital Crown and Bridge restorations of single teeth, bridges, and full mouth restorations. For the past 3 years, James has brought his extensive crown and bridge design knowledge and applied it to create unique Digital Denture Designs. From full dentures, partials, immediate dentures, crossbites, class 3 cases, and everything in between, James has an efficient digital workflow for each.
Iriana Gomez
Patient Coordinator
I was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. I’ve been here for over 20 years and one of my favorite things to do here is walking in the evenings during summer. At CBDC I enjoy seeing patients walk out with their smile. In my free time, I like to spend time with family, listen to music, and to cook.

Patient Coordinator
I love connecting with each patient that comes in and getting to see them leave with a new confidence and a beautiful smile. I’ve lived in the Tri Cities for 13 years and love going for walks along the river with my dogs. In my free time I like to travel, read, and spend time with my family and friends!
Rosalva Diaz
Assistant
Rosalva got certified at Moses Lake Dental Assistant School and shortly after joined Columbia Basin Denture Care in 2022. “I’m very happy be to apart of this team, I absolutely cherish helping patients get their wonderful smile back. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and traveling.”
Brittany Qualls
Milling Manager
I’ve been Milling Manager for about a year and a half and really enjoy all the challenges that come with the job. It certainly compels me to learn things I might not have otherwise. I have a ton of hobbies and things I like to do outside of work. Woodworking, metalworking, reading, camping, hiking, electronics, and gaming to name a few.
Reese Law
Digital Denture Design
Reese has been working at Colombia Basin Denture Care since 2019. He works on the digital side of things, setting up and articulating cases. He designs full upper and lower dentures, along with partials. Reese has lived in the Tri-Cities his whole life. When he is on his off time he enjoys reading, working out and a many assortments of outdoor activities especially if it has to do with water.
